KRIS Aquino has officially filed the petition for annulment of her marriage to James Yap the case will be handled by QC Judge Sulit. The ground cited is lack of official authority on the part of the officer who solemnized their marriage. But a legal expert told us this is a very shallow reason that might not hold water in court since, if both bride and groom got married in good faith at the time of the wedding, the ceremony is still considered good and valid.
