MANILA, Philippines – Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., the son of namesake and legendary Mexican boxer Cesar Sr., is likely to come to Manila and help “Fighter of the Decade” Manny Pacquiao prepare against Antonio Margarito. Top Rank’s Bob Arum said Chavez will join trainer Freddie Roach when the boxing coach flies to Manila to train Pacquiao for the November 13 fight.
